How to add categories when uploading a product<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

When uploading a new product, when you finish all other settings, you have the option to select one or more categories suitable for that product.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you have not yet determined any categories or want to add another one, right there you can click + Add category<\/strong> to add it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After selecting the categories for your product, click on the Publish Product button <\/strong>to make it ready.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When viewing your store, you will see that in the section of your products people can filter by category in this way:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How to add or modify categories in the menu<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Are you looking to add categories to the menu, so that directly your site visitors can filter from there what kind of products or services to see?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You should know that:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

By default, the categories shown in the menu are the first 5 you create.
If you want to define which ones you want to appear: you can do it by highlighting them!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Now, how do you highlight a category? It’s very simple:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Go to your Store Dashboard.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Choose Products and then Categories.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Tap the star on the categories you want to highlight.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    That’s it! That’s how easy it is to manage the categories visible in your menu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    How to delete or edit categories<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    When you want to modify or delete a category, just go to the Products<\/strong> section of your Store Dashboard<\/strong> and choose Categories<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    From there, you will be able to manage 100% of your categories: add new ones, edit them or delete them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
