One of the great features of Neolo Shop<\/a><\/strong> is the Variants<\/strong>, which allows you to clarify attributes of your product such as size, color or capacity without creating new ones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Here’s how to get the most out of them!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What are product variants?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Product variants in Neolo Shop<\/strong> are a feature that will allow your customers to select particular attributes of a product before making a purchase.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

For example, if in your clothing store you sell t-shirts printed with a heart, and you have stock in three colors (white, black and blue), your customers will be able to choose which color they want.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition, if you handle several sizes, they will also have the option to choose by size.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step by step: how to add variants to your products<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Once you have uploaded your products, you can start configuring their variants. To do so, follow these instructions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Go to your Store Dashboard.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Choose the Products section and then click on Product Listing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Select the Product<\/strong> in which you want to add a variant and click on Edit.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Look under Options<\/strong> for the Variants<\/strong> section .<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • There, click on Add or modify attributes<\/strong> and type the name of the feature that has variations. For example, the most common ones are: Size, Color, Capacity.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    • Click on Save changes<\/strong> to create your attribute. In our case, we added two attributes: capacity and color.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Then, back in your Product edition, go to Add Variant.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Add as many variants as necessary according to your product. As an example, we have added three variants of the same cell phone model:\n

      • One with 150GB capacity and red color.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • One with 150GB capacity and blue color<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • One with 100GB capacity and color blue<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Finally, save your changes.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        How to delete variants<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

        To delete your variants you must:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        1. Go to your Store Dashboard and select the Products section.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        2. Select from your Product List the item you want to edit or delete variants.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        3. Look for the Variants<\/strong> section under Options<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        4. There, click on Add or modify attributes<\/strong> and type the name of the feature that has variations. For example, the most common are: Size, Color, Capacity.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        5. Go to your Variants and click on Remove<\/strong> the one you want to delete.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
