Customizing and designing your online store<\/strong> is one of the keys to make it more attractive to potential customers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Now we will see step by step how you can change aspects of the design such as the logo, the colors, the image carousel, and more. All this without any previous knowledge. \ud83d\ude2e<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How to upload your brand logo and favicon<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

To have your brand logo visible, you will need to go to your Shop dashboard and choose the My Neolo Shop section<\/strong> and then the Design subsection.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

There you can upload the logo, which ideally should have a size of 300\u00d7100 pixels.
Then, as an optional item, you can also upload a favicon, whose ideal size is 256\u00d7256 pixels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The favicon is the small image you see next to your brand name in a browser.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After uploading your logo and favicon, remember to click the Save Changes button to see the design reflected in your store.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How to change the main color of your Neolo Shop<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

As for the color of your account, you can also change it in My Neolo Shop > Design.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

You have the option to choose between some default colors or enter an exact shade in hexadecimal code.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Remember that the hexadecimal color code always consists of a numeral and six numbers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When you have the perfect shade, click on Save Changes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How to upload an image carousel<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

To spice up your e-commerce, you can add a carousel of images to display on the home page of your store.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Adding it is very simple:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \n
  1. Go to your store dashboard and choose the My Neolo Shop section<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Click on Image Carousel.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. If you haven’t uploaded any images yet, click on Create your first image, otherwise, you can click on Add Image.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Upload an image for your carousel of approximately 1920\u00d7677 pixels for large screens. Accepted formats are JPG, PNG or GIF.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Then, upload the same image in a smaller size, for tablet or mobile screens. The recommended size is 450\u00d7250 pixels. In this case, the accepted formats are also JPG, PNG or GIF.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Add a link, so that people are directed there when they click on the image.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. Repeat the process with up to 4 other images you want to add to your carousel, using the Add Image button.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    How to modify or delete elements in an image carousel<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    To make changes in your image carousel, either in the links or in the photos, you must go to My Neolo Shop > Image Carousel.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    There, under each of your images you will find two options: Modify or Delete.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    To make changes, simply click on the Modify button below the image, make the changes and save them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    In case you want to delete an image from your carousel, click on Delete under that image and confirm your decision.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Be careful because you won’t be able to recover the image later!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    How to see the design changes in your store<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    If you implement one or more of these design options, you will probably want to see how the changes are applied to your online store.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    So, as long as you have successfully saved the changes, you will be able to see your updated store in the top right corner, below your email.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Just click on View my Store to preview it on your computer:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
