Step by step to upload products<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

1) Login to your Neolo Shop<\/a> and go to the control panel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2) Then, choose the Products<\/strong> section and click on Add New<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3) Next, enter the name of your product<\/strong> and a description<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tip: take the opportunity to elaborate a bit on the description of your product, so that your potential customers can know details about its composition, size, origin, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4) Add photos<\/strong> and videos<\/strong> of your products<\/strong> to make them more attractive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5) Detail the price<\/a> and choose whether you want to show it in your store or not. If you want to implement discounts, you can also enter an offer price.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6) The next step is to configure visibility<\/strong> and stock<\/strong>. You will have to complete:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The status of your product<\/strong>. This field determines the visibility of the product and you can choose between two options: published or paused. In case you choose the paused option, the product will not be visible to the visitors of your online store.
The availability<\/strong>: available or out of stock. This field determines whether the product is available for purchase or not.
Manage stock<\/strong>: this question asks if you want to load the amount of stock of this product in your store. Your answer allows the platform to automatically flag when this item is out of stock.
If you have chosen to manage stock, you must enter the amount of stock you have of your product.
Then you can type in the SKU<\/strong> or Unique Product Code<\/strong>, which has been defined in your brand for the item you are entering.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A SKU is an alphanumeric combination that is often used in stores to identify and track a product or service internally.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

Finally, enter the barcode of the product.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

7) Next, you will need to check if the product is digital or tangible:
If it is digital, it is sent by email, so you only have to enter a message to show at the end of the purchase and that’s it!
In case your product is tangible, you will have to fill in its weight, dimensions and other data related to the shipment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

8) When you are done, click on Publish product<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
